    ... Pier to book out 'architectural' cruise. When got to the ticket office we found that it was fully booked until late afternoon so we chose the harbour tour instead. After exploring Navy pier whilst waiting for the cruise, we queued up for our boat only to be told there had been maintenance problems since we'd booked our tickets and that boat wouldn't be leaving until late afternoon as well!
