She's Baaaa-aaaack!

... see what other nuggets of learning I could glean from it. If I come up with any good ones I'll be sure to share. My mom says that I really am just desperate to have my own place again. She might be right as I spent the first day rearranging the kitchen appliances on the counter, moving this lamp here and that lamp there and otherwise marking my Josie territory. What can I say, I know where I like things to be for me to ...

Post-Thanksgiving festivities with the family

We made it back into St Louis in time for the leftover turkey dinner (yum!) and so we could spend some time with all of David's immediate family who were in St Louis for the holiday. David's brother Patrick and his wife Ingrid and their three boys, Molly and Jim and their two boys (including the new baby who we met for the first time), and Michael and his girlfriend ...

Only a 24 hour bug

... that I thought I might have picked up the Acute Gastric Enteritis on the ship. There were about 50 cases. Not, so, luckily for me. Just a bit of stomach trouble, which I attribute to the one meal of greasy Chinese food on board the ship. After 24 hours, all of my troubles were flushed away.
It's good to be home and we appreciate all of the kinds words sent our way.
See you next trip!

A new way to tell of our travels.

Hi, Friends,
We are going on a cruise Nov 13-26. And rather than try to send each email individually, I found Travelpod. It's a blog site that lets me hit 'send' once, and it does the work for me. So watch for entries from Travelpod. If you aren't inclined to read them, feel free to delete. Let's hope it works!
Talk soon,
Cassie

No blues in St Louis

... It's for adults and children alike, they even have a bar and dance floor inside. They have a 7 level slide, you can climb through the roof and there are also circus and magic shows. They also have a few exhibits of artifacts collected from around the city including the facades of buildings that were going to be torn down. This is a great place to let your inner child go wild!

We had some fun filled days ...
