... Mills (opens May 1st), a water-run flour mill, where we got a demonstration of the still-functioning machineries. The rest of day we did more like a shopping and tasting tour through all the local delicacies e.g. in Kitchen Kettle Village, a cute theme park-style food market. All in all it's been a very interesting insight into a community from bygone times in a nice countryside setting. Time travel is possible not far from hectic NYC! ...
