    Best meal I've had on this trip. The sauce was a thick smooth purée, perfectly blended, rich with flavor from the seed oils to the earthy veggies. Expertly cooked so that the individual flavors yielded to the whole. Savory and spicy, it rivals my mom's gravy as the best thing ever to compliment turkey.

    Ahhh... Salt Lake City. One of the weirdest cities I've ever been to in my life! Arrived fairly late on, and my emergency couch request guy wasn't answering his phone so had to go and find a hostel for the first time on the whole trip.
