        We spent Friday seeing a few more sights and started packing for our trip back home. (Actually writing this from home.) We visited the Catacombs after a long wait in line.         The Weisman Art Museum on the campus of the University of Minnesota has some amazing art in its permanent collection. But before you even walk into the building, you need to stand back and look at the building. Designed by Frank Gehry, the fabricated steel facade stands out from the non-descript campus classrooms and labs.

        I had a really nice time visiting with my parents, sister, brother-in-law and the doodles before leaving for London! I was happy I could spend a few extra days visiting with them!!
