We said to ourselves "lets actually try and save money". We figured if we could save enough to book a flight by christmas, we would be forced to save for the rest of our adventure...and that we did!
- breakfast at manns (veg break mushrooms, tomato, hash browns, stale toast, spinach) - jens jaw - bye to Jax - port beach with has Jen David - botanical gardens, boab tree, pretty view - little rover winery in guild Ford aka old Perth - yum tasting, cheese platter, dips, baguette, fois gras like pate, oil and dukka, - David endless knowledge - catch flight(super easy, no lines) , slightly delayed, hostel booking, money ...

Tues Oct 21st Barbs day to go to art class so I stayed and waited for Eleanor's ride to her workshop. Was getting a bit worried as the driver was about 10 mins late. Made a meatloaf for T then scoured my way though city maps that B had provided plus the ipad to make sense of bus routes and a city that was foreign to me. As I'm not a seasoned city bus traveller decided ...
... Whitby we decided to get off the freeway looking for a smaller road but the alternate roads were through suburban areas. we did see the GM plant though. Back on the highway at Oshawa. Off again at Bowmanville to stop at the information centre where we were able to get a road map of Ontario.
We were given information about highway 7 which is the Trans Canadian Highway and much more picturesque.
At Peterborough, we found a lift ...
