Joslyn Castle also named “Lynhurst” was completed and opened in 1903. It has over 19,000 square feet and among other things, a music room and a bowling alley (which is right down our alley!). It only opens 3 days a month for tours and the day we were there was not one of the three days!

A travel blog entry by rogerspartyof2 on Aug 08, 2015

Alex and I went out shopping to get iron pills for her. First we went to a King Soopers Grocery store, but Alex didn't like any of their options, she wanted to see if there was a Target nearby. Luckily we had ...

Went to Lincoln for the Nebraska Independent Community Bankers meeting. Was called to the podium to receive a wonderful campaign contribution from the national group, the Independent Community Bankers of America. They represent community banks that employ 300,000 people all across the country. It was a tremendous encouragement to receive this support from my professional ...

... of Nebraska and its supposedly quite good art museum will have to wait for another cross country drive.

Nebraska’ state capitol is unique for several reasons.
