While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. We would love to go back and see some more of the sights. Time was all short as holidays always are.
we found the local residents all very polite and helpful. Marion and Keith's hospitality was wonderful and Ellie was most entertaining, teaching us new card games.

... I last sore Linda well over 30 years or more. We had a great evening, great food and it was a shame we could not of stayed longer but we had already made plans to in North Carolina.

There's a lot to be said for traveling on Thanksgiving Day. It's much cheaper and infinitely easier than traveling the day before. It also saves me from taking off an extra day from work.
