    After checking all our lists we left Buckhorn at 11:30.     Driving was smooth with a few delays through Central Toronto but we definitely missed being in any rush hour traffic.    Got through the Canada/US border without a hitch.   Thanks to our Nexus cards we were able to sail through and not wait in line for a moment.    Roads had no snow so driving was a pleasure.   That 6 feet of snow in Buffalo is all gone!   ...

    I followed secondary roads and the countryside wasn’t at all what I’d expected. There were lots of wetlands and acreages with huge uncultivated fields.
