Once I got past Kansas City the scenery got a bit more interesting. Hi everyone. Well, we are on our way west. We left Michigan yesterday and made it to Effingham, Illinois before we stopped for the night. Across from the hotel was a local steakhouse that came highly recommended by the hotel clerk. The prices were very reasonable and the food - well, let's just say we got what we paid for.
