We leave for Seattle in the AM. We'll have 2 hours there and then off to Tokyo! Only 10.5 hours from Seattle to Tokyo so it shouldn't be too bad! I have lots of Bride magazines to go through. And Ivan has lots of homework. Dad will be asleep the whole time I'm sure!

Love to all and we'll see you soon. Check back often for updates!

    Why did I use United?

Let's just say long story short noone knows where to go to get on the plane since they changed the gate and nobody bothered to make sure everyone is aware of the situation, and it was not easy to find anyone from United. Now that I thought about it, I don't even know why I didn't take Southwest to Buffalo instead and just drive to Toronto.

Anyway, I will avoid other airlines as much as I can.

Sir Hillary, I never met him but I sure felt like him scaling that rock in the middle of New Zealand. Sir Hillary passed away recently at the age of 88. Rest in peace. The trek towards the Red Crater was a challenge. First of all, the fog was so ...

I ran as fast as I could but I couldn't recreate the same effect as the speeders unfortunately. Matt informed us the scene was indeed shot in a forest similar to this up in northern California. We headed for Cathedral Gorge in Nevada, via Tonopah and the Extra Terrestrial Highway. It was also interesting to ...
