    Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
    Breakfast nice and early.

    ... where we were as we had no idea. We were in Tenley.

    Tried deep fried mozzarella sticks - very nice. Followed that with a salad and pizza. Needed Tom to get us home which he did with only one replanning - told us to go around a non existent roundabout.

    A big day out but an enjoyable one. Saw a lot more of the national monuments than I thought I would and was impressed with what I saw. So pleased we were able to go both at night and in the day.

    Pre-Departure Jitters!!!

    ... too much" is like, "oh my gosh, I hope no one saw me trip on that curb!" once or twice a week. For me, "too much" is more like, "oh my God, I probably just offended your entire culture and I am so sorry and please don't hate America because it's just me that can't function in society" at least every other day. I guess you could consider my standard relatively low.

    ... Memorial and the Smithsonian Institute. We parked the car and walked down the the park towards the Washington Memorial. It was a beautiful day and we threw the rugby ball a little bit. When we got to the Memorial we took a few photos and looked around at our nation's capital. We only had time to visit 1 of the 11 museums in the Smithsonian so we chose the Air and Space Museum.     I took my Ambiant 30 minutes before departure but couldn't get to sleep. Eventually it kicked in and I awoke while we literally taxied at Washington Dulles. So three hours of sleep. Now I came up with the idea to leave the airport and see something of the city. So I tried to make my way to ground transportation. Now this airport is quite nice. It's modern and clean.     ... or American) seemed concerned or complained. I suspect it is just a way of life here. The vestments of the priests were beautiful and quite elaborate as were the items "behind the screen" - not sure what it is called.

    During the ceremony, the baby is first rubbed with oil on his back and then dipped into the baptismal fount completely naked three time and the water is NOT heated at all. This is follwed by more chanting ...
