... the Tamiami Trail. The Tamiami Trail is a 95 mile 2 lane road which runs East-West from Miami to Naples and borders the Everglades. A waterway runs along the sides and it contains numerous alligators (quit counting at 50), turtles and waterfowl. Our campground was halfway between Miami and Naples.
