We visited the very large " Power Plant" in Tampa at which at least a hundred manatees were floating in the warm waters that expel out into the Gulf as a result of the coal burning process for power.

We noticed a woman in the restaurant when leaving who had a couple of biscuits with grape jelly and a large plate of grits with big pads of butter and salt and pepper generously applied. She looked very content.
