      This was the last hotel we stayed in on our "Southern Authors" trip and it was wonderful! Everything was so comfortable and relaxing....!

      ... we wanted bar three when the heavens opened up. This was not some light rain and we ran for cover into the nearest Starbucks. After half an hour it was clear this wasn't going to let up and we decided to take the plunge (literally) in our newly bought ponchos into the rain and make our way for the shuttle.

      The not quite watertight bus saw us keeping our ponchos on for the entire ride back to the hotel where we got into some dry clothes and went in ...

      We made the short hop from Universal to Disney. Spent the afternoon by the pool until the storm started, but luckily our room was ready at the same time.
      First Disney Park was Hollywood studios for Rock n Roller Coaster and Star Tours. Most people came off the Rock & Roller Coaster whooping, but our 3 looked like they had just been beaten up. Think they enjoyed it.

      ... SINGING anthems over the tannoy. I’m all for light heartedness, but nooooooo place for that on a plane!  When I arrived to Orlando, it was about midnight, and it was too far/expensive to stay around there, so instead I opted to crash in the airport for a few hours.       ... wasn't time for us to have our ride here so we kept walking past. Oh, there was Sophia the First and Jake the Neverland Pirate. Photo and autograph time. Being in line was hot work, but at least we were in the shade. We also went over to the Animation Gallery and met Mr. Incredible and Frozone from The Incredibles movie.
