... last minute shopping before going to the movies in the afternoon to see Planes - Fire and Rescue, which the kids absolutely loved. The cinema and it's clientele were very dodgy, but we didn't expect much when the tickets were only two dollars each! What an experience - a bigger bunch of freaks and weirdos hadn't gathered in the same place since the Star Wars Cantina scene. At least we made it out alive, and got back to LAX ...

we made an executive decision then to pop over to Disney and make the most of the day by going to all the FastPass rides (because they were quieter in Cali by now) so that tomorrow we don't have to try and queue for those.
