    ... pleasant and polite.
Today we started out the day a little bit earlier. We were on our bikes at 7am and riding down the Arkansas River Bike Trail which goes right past our RV park. The north side of the river trail is shaded and really a great place to ride. Lots of riders, joggers, and walkers on the trail getting some exercise in before the day heats up. Our last stop was with Lauren and Eric, Luke and John William in Little Rock, Arkansas. The boys had a blast swimming and the girls had some great cuzzie time too. Friday July 24 - Day 11

Leaving Texas this morning was a bit bitter sweet for me but it is time to move on. I had it in my mind that I was going to see an armadillo in Texas but had no luck so far. Then suddenly, just as we were almost out of Texas I saw finally saw one. Ok, so it was dead on the side of the interstate but it was fully ...

We left Michigan yesterday in our dear Roseanne. We boondocked overnight on a lovely Kentucky parkway just as dark fell.

The next morning, we stopped at the Land Between the Lakes national recreation area. The area was created through Eminent Domain by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Exhibits are quite honest about the impact ...
