      Hey all,

Alright well since I'm finally back from China it's time to report on my physical well being. Although China has been awesome in most ways, it has not been kind to my health. The smog and the lack of fitness facilities has been killer. Most of my attempts to exercise has been met with either bronchitis like symptoms or Chinese workers kicking me out of the weight room. So if you're easily offended (or don't know me very well), I'd think twice before reading these. That's all for today. I need to start drafting for my fantasy football league. Damn it, hopefully they broadcast NFL games in China. Peace and Enjoy, Tom ...

Alright, maybe I could have. After lounging at the lake, I stopped over at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. On the way, I got to see what a beautiful city Cleveland really is. Yesterday, I arrived at dusk, so I couldn't get the full picture, but this morning I was able to see the city in all its glory. It sort of reminded me of a cleaner, more simple, relaxed version of New York with shorter buildings. All the same, the cluster of ...
