      ... stop was at our motel for the evening, the Hampton Inn in Greenwood. Tomorrow we hit Memphis. Since it was so early, we got directions to the Mississippi Delta Museum which turned out to be right across the Highway. This local museum was ok, told the history of the region, has copious examples of early indian pottery, arrowheads, etc. Had a wildlife exhibit, local art work, and history of what was happening in the area during the Civil War ...

      ... We got to the front and realised why flood warnings had been issued the heavens had well and truly opened!       It was a beautiful sunny day today and around 70 degrees. We filled up with fuel and headed west on Highway 20.
