That said, having left the girls to book the accommodation this evening we have ended up in a town called Napoleon, in a street called Bonaparte Drive. I may have less that a year to serve in the Royal Navy but this is, frankly, an insult. For those that don’t know their naval history, Nelson is good, Napoleon is bad. I shall sleep in the car park with Bluebird, and his yet to be named friend.

Today is the last day here with Cindy. Another 5 children today - Faith (4), Serenity (5), Gwen (4), Jackson (20 months), Jimmy (9 months). All different personalities but mostly play well together. Cindy had 5 children come to day. Jimmy (9 months), Ella (20 months), Addy (4), Faith (4) and Serenity (5). The older girls play together really well - most of the time - with younger ones needing more 1-1 interaction with adults. Cindy is busy all the day with doing things for the children - changing nappies, preparing lunch, cleaning up, feeding the babies, putting to bed, organising games and mediating squabbles with ...
