First time using US Airways may be the last!
We were suppose to arrive in Playa del Carmen on Thursday, however after a long afternoon in Charlotte, North Carolina our flight was canceled and we were stranded in Charlotte until Friday morning. I am certain Charlotte is a lovely place but it isn't Playa del Carmen.

“Ok when you're forced to spend the night!”

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet left a little to be desired but overall it had a bed and bathroom and that was all we needed.
