We googled it and realized the Tabasco Factory was just 10 miles to our south. "Quick, turn right at the next turn" my navigator says. In the morning we head down towards the Deep South to Alabama. The welcome centre is once again not too dissimilar to many we have seen so far, apart from the fact that they have a huge rocket! Being a boy, I loved seeing the rocket, but you can't go in or anything, it is basically just a statue.
