We are winding up our trip to Dallas and have spent the time with Simon and his family. A perfect Saturday! After cleaning the house, we rewarded ourselves with a soul-refreshing trip down the Chaparral Trail on Roy & Karen's bikes (most of it is too rough for our street bikes).
