      Yesterday was another day full of shabbat and workshops. We got a lie in till 9 which was pretty well needed. Breakfast was the same as it always is on Shabbat - coffee cake, which isn't coffee. It is just sponge cake with lots of brown sugar on the top.       As predicted the sun burn is stingy. Not as bad as I thought it was gonna be but im a bright shade of red! Its so hard not to get burnt cause we literally spend at least 8 hours a day in the freezing water and even with sun cream on you cant feel when you are burning cause you are so cold! Thankfully ...
