  • Both ferries require that Rosie stay in a Kennel on the car deck or in our car WITH THE WINDOWS CLOSED.

  • Thinking of other options. We really don't want to drive south (past Chicago) as it's boring, but the trip north (across the Mackinac bridge (back-tracking our arrival) is quite a bit longer but much more pleasant of a drive.

    ... me. There was just the nasty disturbance of a whole lot of turbulence that kept shaking us awake. But otherwise not too bad.
