    We were making our way towards Lexington Kentucky to do some bourbon drinking but it was still a little too far away to do in a single drive. We spent the day driving through the winding roads of the Appalachian Mountains. When we entered Kentucky I was surprised at how foresty it was.     ... home today! Amazing!! Dalene and I went to a southern food cafeteria and will add a picture of what we ate. Fried chicken livers were the highlight with a slice of rhubarb pie.
