    This morning we set off for our 3rd workaway. This time it's on a ranch in Santa Rosa which is a 2 hour bus journey from San Jose but it took us 5 hours with a stopover in Oakland where we got a coffee to avoid being pestered by one of the drunk people in the main square.     ... their wasn't a huge amount new in what they said but it was good to hear again. Their were regular breaks for tea - masses of different teas, herbal teas, water & apples. No coffee no unhealthy snacks. So different from medical conferences! People were really friendly, sat beside different people each day, all friendly and chatty there and in the queues Speakers kept really well to time without any prompting.
