    ... station which I knew was not far from my hotel & I found a taxi to get me the last stint. I had scored an apple and some carrots at the conference before I left & had a muesli bar in my purse. Reached the hotel and got to my room after 9.30. Still feeling puckish but restaurant had closed, found a vege wrap on room service, they offered it with fries or fresh fruit, I took the latter and it was a delicious. Room is pretty nice, hotel pretty nice ...

    ... bridge has a toll on it, except when leaving San Francisco whereby the toll is free to cross the bridge.

    So there I was, in Full House style driving across the bridge with the city in the distance. It was really cool! I caught some traffic though as it was the end of the work day and it added an extra hour to my trip to wine country in Santa Rosa. I was staying in a budget hotel/motel and it was so nice! Considering everything is at least $300 ...
