      ... We don't eat a lot of candy, and we always seem to have candy to throw away from last year's Halloween. Someone mentioned that some dentist has a candy buy-back program; that sounds like a neat idea.

      ... off to the USDA....United States Department of Agriculture for lunch. A huge selection of food, smorgasbord style and pay per plate which was weighed at the counter and charged at 42c per ounce......that was interesting. We also visited the Vietnam war memorial, the Capitol building where "Freedom Triumphant" stands almost 6m tall on top of the building and saw the Benjamin Franklin national memorial.
