    Yesterday was a fairly busy day. Once again there were seminars and shopping going on. We have spent some money this week getting some things we "just couldn't live without!" And yesterday morning they all showed up about the same time. First we had some covers made for the tires.     ... this morning and left it off while we were gone. It was off for about 3 hours and the temp in the refrigerator rose to 46 degrees. When we checked the gas level, we have used about 1/4 of a tank. So it seems we are using about 1/2 gallon/hour which is what the generator info stated. Just to be on the safe side, we bought a five gallon gas can and 5 gallons of gas to add to the tank. Bob will probably do that again tomorrow and Saturday.

    Livie made me take practical stuff and made sure I had a balanced suitcase (enough of each kind of clothing item and for all kinds of weather I might experience). I would try to trick her into letting me pack more clothes, but she laid down the law and made me only bring what I need!     Since the group was breaking up, I decided to head downtown with Konrad and join him at the Badger hockey game. He was meeting the Konrad side of the clan for the game, a long family tradition. Unfortunately, Wisconsin didn't play all that well (losing the game 4-2 to mediocre Minnesota State at home), but Konrad's nieces Nicole and Alyssa kept me entertained and made the game enjoyable. ...
