Well, it's official. We're going to Kenya!.
We bought our airline tickets and fly out on August 18 at 4pm. We arrive in Amsterdam early the next morning where we get to spend the next 14 hours on layover. I've never been to Amsterdam and we're going to get into the city while we wait, so that will be fun. Then on to Nairobi where we arrive the next morning. We then take another short flight to Kisumu where our base camp is.
