Friday night once staff training had finished, we all went to the local pub called the chuu chuu bar and had a drink. Most people drink beer here so I also had a beer. Moving on to see Danielle, we had nothing much planned for our time there, which was nice, but we did make a request to go to a Demolition Derby if one was on. D came up trumps and we went to a local county fair to see guys driving into each other in a ring of dirt until their cars blew up. We were also introduced ...

... we’ve done our part to support the local youth sports organization thanks to Kristina’s generous donation, we all feel like winners. LOL

We return home full of the flavorful local foods, and have one glass of wine for a little nightcap. Tomorrow we’ll be heading to Chicago, another new city for us.

We only spent two days in Minneapolis but with all the amazing buildings, art, scenery, sunshine, bars and food we took in, we can't wait for our next visit!
