... Jurassic Park. First was the Mummy and utilizing the single rider option - and therefore no queue - Dave went on his own. Wow, what a ripping ride this was - although short, it was a high speed super fast pitch black rollercoaster involving done superb special effects, a sudden halt and then half of the ride in reverse! Unforgettable, dark and scary - just like a ride should be. Ginny then had her turn as a single rider, again with no wait. Transformers was next, and this felt like ...

... They had them in most of the lands around Disney and the fruit was cut and bagged and kept on ice. The pineapple and watermelon were so flavoursome and juicy and kind of outweighed the hefty price tag. $2.99 for a quarter of a piece of pineapple – and don’t forget to add the tax! Vegie cups were pretty good too. If you know me well you know I love my vegies. Aaron would get a knife to eat his ...

... like the movie itself. This blew us all away - you could not get the smiles off our faces, and again photos struggle to portray how incredible this was. As darkness hit we positioned ourselves at the packed shoreline of the Paradise Pier to watch the World of Colour show. If you ever get over to Disneyland, this is a MUST SEE. With the backdrop of the neon-lit Mickey Mouse ferris wheel and Cali Screamin' rollercoaster, this show involved hundreds of ...

First morning in LA was a sleeping in one, thankfully. Nothing urgent today though we'd plan to walk to Downtown Disney and get a taste for what Disneyland may be like. I woke up around 7, felt like I'd been run over by a jet and went back to sleep for a few more hours before Cilla was itching to leave and explore. A walk did sound like a good idea so after a late breakfast of cornflakes in a cup we set off to Downtown Disney, about a 10 minute ...

... Fast Pass for the day and decided to use it on the Indiana Jones ride. The ride was great, similar to the dinosaur ride at Animal Kingdom but with an Indiana Jones theme. Uncle Bob & I also went on the Jungle Cruise ride.

Aunt Bonnie went back to the hotel to get us organized for tomorrow and Uncle Bob & I stayed at the park to watch Fantasmic. It was a great show! Well worth staying for. I am going to sleep well tonight.
