... plus 6 whiskey cocktails for us to try. The cocktails were very nice and all of them made with their own special syrups. After that part we went back to their front counter and of course, we just had to purchase one bottle of whisky plus one cocktail syrup. Now a need to buy a cocktail shaker. ... linked up with an old friend of Deb and Preston's, Gene. Once again, the Southern Hospitality at its finest.  Not only did Gene offer me a spare room in his home but I got the full Chattanooga tour from a born and bred local.  Cruising these historical southern towns with locals has been a real treat.  The snippets of history and tips from someone who knows about a town is unparalleled by any guidebooks, brochures ...
