    ... 3 PM so we only had a couple hours to run through the contemporary building. The museum also had a temporary exhibit of dinosaurs. That was a little odd but fun to see.     Marie had thought it would only take 2 1/2 hours to drive to Byers Texas to see Linda June. But when she checked on line, it showed 6 1/2 hours!. Then because Marie didn't want to drive through Dallas, we didn't use the Interstate freeway, but used smaller roads, making it a 9 1/2 hour trip Was an interesting trip with plenty of time for Marie and I to talk and get to know about each other's lives. We went through the store entrance and were greeted by a tall white haired gentlemen working as security. He said hello and offered no rules as we walked past him with our cameras.     ... in playing on the toys...he wanted to HIKE! So hiking we went! It was great and the weather was too. We enjoyed all of the cypress trees, founds turtles in a pond along with a snake. It got a bit humid too.
