... lasted about 90 minutes. There were a lot of political candidates in the parade because of the November primaries. Surprisingly there were only a few bands and cheerleader groups, and very few floats. It was rather disappointing.

Monday we drove to Wilkes-Barre, PA., and stayed at the casino for the night. We joined their players club which gave us 20 dollars play money each. I lost my money quickly but Karen won $31 dollars and walked away.

... day there actually, but because we had a dog waiting in the RV, we didn’t. She was in air conditioning and I’m sure very comfortable, but we didn’t want to leave her too long. I have to admit, that traveling with a dog limits what you can do. For example, it would have been fun to go to a Cardinal’s game while we were downtown, but can’t leave the dog in the RV all night. If you ask how the trip is going so far (one hour out of
Graceland), I'd have to say "unbelievably well."
