... decided without the assistance of Social Media? There are many choices at Zaxby's. Makayla wanted mozerella sticks. Nope. Riley was begging for mac n cheese. Sorry! You can have chicken or chicken or chicken. We opted for the latter. Their fried chicken is actually pretty good and the Zax sauce was quite yummy.

With full bellies we continued on our way. We pulled into the campground around 10pm.

Looking forward to crossing the FL border tomorrow and relaxing for a few days!

A night to hate the ice machine

... when it is busy making ice. If I had known that, I would have filled the tub with ice after my shower. Lol

I brought a couple of pair of earplugs with me so with earplugs and a pillow over my head, I got a reasonable nights sleep.

We left this morning around 9:10. It was only 5 degrees this morning ... Chilly!! Dark clouds were looming overhead as we left Ashville. Apparently snow was on it's way... Glad we were moving south :). It's a lovely sunny day - not a cloud in the sky. Had a picnic lunch at a rest area near Newberry - 17 degrees. Arrived ...

12:53pm Listening to an interview with Billy Joe Shaver. He says that when you're a gypsy, and you find your black rose, then you've done all you can. A black rose is something that you're addicted to.... Like a woman or a drug. 5 hr energy #2 (not me but JP). I just spent an hour lubing and cleaning JP,s leatherman. I had to wash my hands with 409 to get the WD40 ...

... onto savanna. We got in quite late last night and had about half an hour to sort out dinner then went on this ghost tour, now some people thought they could feel creepy things, but I didn't and I want my money back for it, it was so **** and so boring!! Oh we'll it was only $20. Then we had karaoke at this gay bar, OMG that was so fun, some people here can really sing, that was a good night. I met heaps of locals and were just chatting and drinking so much fun. Missing everyone heaps ...
