    We found a campground on a lake. At first, I wasn't too thrilled as it had day trippers, some permanents in trailers and a lot of seasonal RVs - permanent for the summer with owners coming at weekends but it turned out to be nice. A good choice. Nice sandy beach, water not too cold and nice people - lots of families.

    ... state. We camped at Harrington Beach State park - another beautiful beach park. if you are wondering where these beaches are, they are the lake - Lake Michigan at the moment. I forget sometimes that it is a lake (a huge one) and it is complete with beaches, waves, stormy weather with lots of shipwrecks and lots of lighthouses.

    ... can happen in 2 months. I don't want to set expectations for myself and I know I have no idea what to expect. What I do know is that taking risks and exercising your courage to do something meaningful that you think you're capable of is really important.
