    Today we started the day with a 41/2 hour drive to St. Louis, but it was worth it! The Gate Way Arch is in St. Louis and it is huge. What an architectural feat.     ... protest ( well occasionally over the 2 days he did have a little dummy spit but if it was me he would have been left in no doubt of my state of being!! ).... so.. anyway we decided instead to head out to the Galleria to get me some new luggage.

    ... us our own on the next trip up. We were on attempt #2 when a man from a full pod next to us motioned his body like he wanted to join our less full pod. I gave him the full court press and held my ground. Sorry, no, I had a freak out so we got a pod to ourselves. (In my head: Please move away from me and my pod) He did not say a word, but turned slowly back and stuffed his bod into his pod with 4 other full grown men.

    ... zoo, it was 4pm and doesn’t close til 7 so plenty of time. I have to say I was disappointed, not only were there hoards of people, but the animals just didn’t look happy, small enclosures, so I didn’t stay long. The other thing I noticed there were so many food stands, unbelievable what these people eat!

    ... was Stock House 17 which is where the secondary fermentation takes place. We got to sample Bud Light unfiltered which is actually really good with the yeast still in the beer. We then made our way over to the Primary fermentation tanks where they soak the beer on Beech wood which allows the beer and yeast to have more surface area contact for fermentation.
