... each other. Sounds sort of like a school activity but such a good one to reflect and to state how much you value those you share time with. What a laugh we had, but some lovely things were said about each other which will be one of my treasured memories of our trip. There isn't much news today when you spend a lot of time in the car... but I know my family likes updates as to where we are and get concerned if they don't hear from us. Off to Hervey Bay tomorrow for 2 ...
... is the next town was very interesting, they have build a lovely memorial walk for the 100 centenary of Anzac (similar to the one built in Newcastle). Trying to walk along it was a bit of an effort because of the wind.
The weather has not been too kind too us, lots of grey sky and some rain. A truckie who passed on the highway heard me make a comment to John Y on the CB about the weather, Qld beautiful one day, perfect the next, he said they had turned on the sprinklers ...
... parked up ( check out one of the photos ... big fuel ) where drivers are either refuelling their rigs or their stomachs ( some big ones of the later ) . The walk took us about an hour so we will in future refer to these towns as a one night town .
Tomorrow we will head North and see where the M1 takes us.

With Shelly home safe and sound and in good care, we headed north from Bundaberg, checking out the map and spotted an interesting little beachside village so decided to take a look. ... at Glen's on 29th March. Trevor's mum and dad came up and we all went out to the academy for Glen's graduation. We could not have been more proud. While Trevor's mum and dad were there we took them for a drive up to the Sunshine Coast.
Also, we went to visit Anne (from our China trip) and her husband Tony on the Sunshine Coast. It was also really good to catch up with Trevor's friend Peter ...
