Once it had got dark, we wended our way back to Hotel Kreeporia and played card games and chess for the rest of the evening; I can still beat Squirt consistently at chess, but, unfortunately for my aging brain, I'm having to think more carefully each game, and I give it six months before she's better than ...

Kinda was at the conference so after seeing the local Saturday market of fruit and veg and clothing, I caught a local bus to Philippi, an ancient city named after Phillip of Macadonea, the father of Alexander the great. ... To Do List. It was much nicer at night from our Motel before we went on the Cruise - all lit up and couldn't see the restorations etc. We then did a final bus tour of Athens including a stadium which seats 60,000 people all made of marble, lots of statues, changing of the Guard etc.

On the bus again for 3 hour drive to catch another overnight ferry back to Italy. Dinner supplied on the ferry and we played Monopoly with Kirsty ...

... booked at the beach, as usual there were only a few teams there before us. Once our tent was up we set to work drinking beer and having a swim at the beach. It was a great day, sunny, warm, and perfect for a cold beer while swimming. The rest of the teams finally made it in and set up. later in the evening the Durgas set up their equipment and started playing an imprompture concert, which was cool. We all sat around drinking, talking and having ...
