This is the second travel day we haven't been driving in the rain so hopefully the next three days will be the same. We are now on our way back to Texas. Left the Atlanta area this morning about 10:30 on our way to Evergreen, AL. We decided to go into the South Texas Renegades rally on Tuesday instead of Wednesday so we will have to cover at least 250 miles each day.

When we left the campground this morning, it was partly ...

Then a woman strolled over and said, "You guys look so colorful I just had to see what your up to!" In this case they had us going into town, yet the hotel was on the outskirts of town which would have meant an additional seven miles. The clerk at the store told us the Holiday Inn Express was nine miles down the road and ...

Overnight stop in Evergreen ... on way to New Orleans.

No horse town - but several 'economy' hotels ... and a Pizza Hut.

After waiting for a storm to pass, the real story of the stop was being asked for id to get a Bud ...

        How to RV Full-time

A travel blog entry by luluandal on Oct 10, 2011

... An example of our first trips were Christmas Pines Campground in Auburn , PA,. exit 29 off I-78. Our next stop was Stoney Creek Campground in Greenville, VA. Located off of Exit 217 off Rte 81. I haven’t booked the next stops quite yet, but you get the idea. About every 250 miles or so, is a stop, whether to stay for the month, or get some shut eye before moving on, is usually the game plan.

There are many other topics to full time RVing. Such ...
