    A late breakfast at Hells Kitchen in downtown Minneapolis. I had an enchilada with scrambled eggs, beans, salsa and avocado - very nice. From there we went to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.     Today has been a very quiet and restful day. After breakfast at cousin Cindy's house, we took off to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts to see a Matisse exhibit that is on tour here.
