... broke free of the traffic, and joined a much quieter highway to Austin. After 8pm, 30 miles out of Austin, we decided to call it quits and found a motel for $77 for the night. After checking-in we went and got KFC take-away, the upside / downside of getting in late, depending on which way you look at it.

Whilst stuck in the Houston traffic, we had a go at a video. Check out our first, and very modest attempt at a driving video.
