    Left New Orleans heading to Pensacola. First stop was at Bellengrath Gardens in Theodore. The gardens were beautiful and the house was very impressive. I still didn't see an alligator but did see a large Gar in the bayou. We had lunch in the cafe and most people went and put their bathers on for the beach. I will give 2 hours at the beach a miss. Travelling into Mobile, it was just how you imagine. Fairly wet, swampy land. ...

    ... Base but it was still fun. The Naval Base was HUGE and had a whole bunch of stuff. They even had a campground but I only think it's for Navy pilots. Next stop is outside mobile.
