    Luxembourg is a tiny country. Erika really wanted to go there because it was within our driving range and because of its size. So we went! We left Bruges this morning and entire west before turning south to Luxembourg City. Why, you might ask? Well, we found out that if we went west for about twenty minutes we would arrive at the east siege of the Atlantic Ocean! And if you are that close, you might as well go check it out.     Excellent breakfast in our new hotel. I hope they let us come back tomorrow after I totally messed up their very cool electric egg poacher. Apparently you poach the egg IN the shell. Who knew?

    Great grocery/bakery/cafe/ next door to the hotel and we had fun buying stuff for dinner. The cheese section alone is reason to shop there. So many kinds of really excellent cheese, if you could buy them in the US, they would NOT be at Safeway. My favorite, the ...
