... with some representative of trees no longer seen in Singapore and Malaysia. On the wildlife front we saw a large lizard swimming in one lake and literally hundreds of turtles in another. There were a couple of pretty striped squirrels to watch, along side some interesting bird life and a few butterflies. The orchid garden was wonderful. Singapore Day 4

... grab our bags and then got dropped at the border crossing. It was easy enough getting across. We then had to take a small ride to Jahor a city near by to get a bus. The bus was scheduled to leave at 6pm to take us to Mellaka where we would stay for one night then travel to KL. We arrived at out pickup point for around 3.30pm to give us plenty of time.
We found the bus company we had booked through (KKKL) I assumed I could show her my confirmation and get the tickets..wrong! ...
