Zo dan, na een zeer lange radiostilte (we know, sorry) dan toch eindelijk weer een teken van leven. Zij het een kort teken, het internet op Cuba is schaars en van slechte kwaliteit. ... house. I was wrong. It was the tiny blue building across the road from the tracks. Here we bought tickets to the Manaca-Iznaga estate. We traveled on a 1919 steam train. The journey was billed as taking 30/45mins but took twice that. It was a nice trip though. We rolled through the countryside stopping a few times to take on water.

Som en treenighet ble vi også litt bedre kjent. Tone og Eirik oppdaget at Maria ikke har arvet sin fars sykkeltalent. Maria og Tone oppdaget at Eirik faktisk ikke har retningsats i hele tatt. Maria og Eirik oppdaget at Tone faktisk er livredd krabber. (Noe det var mer en nok av, på den lille sykkelturen vi hadde. )
