Then point at the men, point at the phone number on the collar, and hold my hand up like a phone to my ear ("you call owner"). ... I am unable to accept that origin and I looked for a better explanation. The conglomerate rock was formed just off the coast about 10 million years ago and uplifted to it's present position, about 2400 feet above sea level. My bet is that erosion by wind and water serrated the rock into the towers and needles and canyons.
