    ... were just terrible. I had horrible muscle cramping pain and shaking. We continued on to try to make it to the first stop but I got slower and slower.     ... and feared I was lost at one point when I could not see Martin. I realized I had no phone, no map and no idea where I was headed so a panic began. Finally I chose a road and biked on to meet up with Eva our leader who had returned to check on me. At 14.4 miles when I got in the van and shuttled on to the hotel.
