      ... to Tamarindo, a small surfing town a few hours from San Jose. We spent 4 nights and had a really relaxing time! Peter surfed everyday and we did a really fun paddle boarding trip! The town was really nice - lots of great places to eat, beach bars and a big surfing vibe! We stayed at a really nice B&B - run by a young couple; who could not have been nicer! They gave us bikes to get around and made the most amazing gourmet breakfasts! We could have stayed a lot ...

      ... night had been born on this very beach. She and her brothers and sisters will likely be headed to the Galapagos Islands.


      The mother never sees her babies. Ever. She has no idea if they survive or not. She will come back to this beach about 3 times before she is finished laying all of her eggs.


      We feel so privileged to have witnessed this act of Mother Nature. It was a marvelous way to end our time in lovely Costa Rica.

      ... to some good Blues music and there was a slight fog on the road from the churned up dust. Dry season means there is quite a bit of dust around here. We made our way to Nosara and Guiones.       ... nice dinner on the beach at Le Beach Club. After dinner we went to Fish to go salsa dancing. I can't salsa.

      After we had our fill of salsa we went to Sharky's for some karaoke.We didn't not stay there because it was full of tourist and to packed with young 20's on spring break.
